Our training programs are built on an individual basis. We focus on developing speed, power, strength, and durability while prioritizing movement quality, recovery, and injury prevention. Players can expect to perform their best when it matters most.
Nutrition
Nutrition is the fuel behind performance, recovery, and growth. Athletes learn how to eat consistently, eat enough, and eat with intention. The focus is on sustainable habits around food quality, meal timing, hydration, and sleep to empower athlete to feel their best.
Mindset
Confidence starts with mindset. We help athletes develop the mental habits needed to perform under pressure, respond to adversity, and stay focused through the highs and lows of the season. Athletes learn what works best for them to take ownership of their development and maximize their potential.

Hey guys, my name is Jimmy Law aka Coach Jimbo. I’m a former hockey player turned performance coach who is all-in on helping hockey players perform their best on and off the ice.
