Our Core Values
These values shape every rep, every shift, and every mindset moment. They are the foundation of how we train, compete, and grow.
Work Ethic
Work ethic is the commitment to show up and give your best effort every day, even when motivation is low. Elite players separate themselves by embracing the grind and doing the work others avoid.
Accountability
Accountability means taking ownership of your actions, habits, and results. When players accept responsibility for their development, real growth and confidence follow.
Preparation
Preparation is the work done before the puck drops. Athletes who prepare physically and mentally play with confidence because they trust the habits they have built.
Consistency
Consistency is doing the right things repeatedly, not perfectly. Daily habits built through consistency create long term progress and dependable performance.
Focus
Focus is the ability to be present and locked in on the task at hand. Players who control their attention are able to execute, learn, and compete at a higher level.
Character
Character is who you are when no one is watching. It shows in how you treat teammates, respond to adversity, and carry yourself on and off the ice.
Putting Them All Together
The Habits of Hockey core values work together to shape how athletes train, compete, and carry themselves every day. Work ethic, accountability, consistency, focus, preparation, and character guide the daily habits that build confidence, discipline, and long term success. When these values are lived consistently, players are prepared to perform at their best on and off the ice.
